There is so much accommodation along the Midlands Meander that it is quite hard to choose. From luxury hotels to self-catering cottages, the choice is vast. You will always be able to find something to cater to any budget or length of stay.
I can recommend the list below, as we have stayed at them over the years. Either as a big group of 12 for a Christmas party or as a couple just wanting a place to stay close to a wedding we were attending nearby.

Granny Mouse Country House
A lovely hotel and spa awaits at Granny Mouse Country House and Spa. In a beautiful setting with luxurious rooms, you cannot go wrong staying here. In a very convenient spot at Balgowan on the Midlands Meander, the welcoming Granny Mouse is a must-visit.
Rawdons Hotel
Rawdon's Hotel is a beautiful "old world English type" hotel with stunning features in the countryside. The cozy pub is worth a visit and it is in a prime position on the Midlands Meander.
Lavender Trout Guest Farm
For a feel of the countryside, Lavender Trout Guest Farm is the perfect self-catering stay. Lovely, fully equipped units with views of the dam ensure a peaceful and relaxing holiday feel.
Brahman Hills
Brahman Hills is at the top of the green route of the Midlands Meander, right next to Windmills just off the N3. Accomodation can be chosen in a variety of hotel rooms or cottages. The beautiful gardens adjoining the hotel are worth an hour or two walk through and the restaurant at the hotel can cater for all your meals. There is a spa too.
4 On Braemar
If its a self-catering spot you are looking for very close to Nottinghmam Road then you can't go wrong with 4 On Braemar. Cottage A & B have everything you need and an affordable option for exploring the Midlands Meander.
There are so many other options too; the Midlands Meander has it all, but I hope this was a good start to look at. Check out my guide of things to do on the Midlands Meander.
If you are looking for places to eat, read up on the restaurants that we have been to too.
